User-posted content, unless source quoted, is licensed under a Creative Commons Public Domain License. The license may be read at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/publicdomain/.

It is illegal to post contact information for any natural person, including users themselves. Contact details for legal bodies are allowed.

We are allowed to remove any or all posts on our sole discretion.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Users may permanently remove their account by emailing us at support@shadoweb.com with a request to remove their profile. Member is required to remember and provide their password in order to delete the profile.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

All user data is stored in MySQL database on a secure, industry standard server.

COPYRIGHT

All non-user produced content on our web site are protected by European Union, United States and international copyright treaties and may not be re-used without written permission. The Content includes all documents, graphical elements, sounds, scripts, layouts, color schemes and video clips.

INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

ShadoWeb.com asks the users to respect the intellectual property rights of others, and may terminate the membership of those who infringe those rights. If you believe that your rights have been infringed, please contact us at support@shadoweb.com.

RESTRICTION

We have no responsibility for the accuracy or availability of provided information. You may elect to access third-party information or download third-party software that we may link to or index, but we do not create, endorse, or sponsor that information or software. If you access any third-party materials that we index or link to, you do so at your own risk. When you download any software, please be sure to read the licensing information in advance.

MERGER, SALE OR BANKRUPTCY

ShadoWeb.com reserves the right, in an event of acquisition of ShadoWeb.com through merger with, or sale to any Third Party, to transfer any and all information collected from our users to this Third Party.
