This is one of the best B2C - services I've ever used. Booking a hotel couldn't be easier. Just type in the location you're visiting and BOOM, the web site gives you a list of hotels and all sorts of useful information about them. You can order the hotel-list by price, user ratings and other criterias.

It would be so easy to design and implement such site wrong, but in this case they nailed it in my opinion. Excellent site!

I checked them out on several different occasions recently and I haven't been impressed. I was always directed to their Finnish web site, which was down for weeks - just serving server errors. When it finally worked, the booking/paying process was broken.

I also tried to call them to finish the booking process, since I had found the hotel I liked, but number listed on the web site didn't work either.

I give them two thumbs down - but this might only apply in Finland.

What's a conversation?

A conversation is a chain of comments. All conversations have a score, which tells what ShadoWeb users think about it's value.

The scoring system is the standard 'one vote per conversation, registered users only.' Use the Res and Dis icons next to conversations to cast your vote. Res and dis are short for 'respect' and 'dis-respect'.
